The National Defence University of Ukraine has been visited by the delegation of the Defence College of the Kingdom of Denmark
The National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovskyi has been visited by the delegation of the Royal Defence College, headed by college chief Vice-Admiral Henrik Ruberg.
Foreign representatives met with the Deputy Chief of the NDUU on educational affairs Major General Serhii Salkutsan. During the briefing he informed the guests on the existing system of military specialists training and the perspective plans for improving the educational activities of the University within the framework of reforming the military education system of Ukraine.
Major General Sergei Salukutsan emphasized that the Kingdom of Denmark actively contributes to Ukraine in the development of military education. Denmark was one of the first countries to send its advisers to work in military educational institutions of Ukraine, in Lviv and Kyiv. Thus, the Danish Adviser, who has been working at the NDU for over a year and provides comprehensive advisory assistance to our educational institution.
Within the framework of the event, the participants expressed their views on the choice of directions for continuing cooperation between the educational institutions of Ukraine and Denmark and discussed possible options for the implementation of long-term plans.
