Strategic Communications Training and Advanced Training of Military and Civil Servants of Security and Defence Sector.
Scientific Methodological Support of Specialists Training in Strategic Communications in Higher Military Educational Institutions.
Scientific Researches in Development of Strategic Communications Capabilities and Lessons Learned.
Cooperation with International Scientific Research Institutions and Organizations for Analytics providing Training and Research in Strategic Communications.

Strategic Communications Training and Research Centre consists of:
